How TF does the Return Policy work?
All sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a return exception, your purchase must be proven to have a manufacturing fault. Photo documentation is necessary, and the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your purchase is approved for return or exchange, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All the vintage items are sold AS IS and are not eligible for returns or refunds in any instance. If you are concerned about the condition of the vintage item or have any questions at all, please please reach out to request additional images or product information from:

Do you offer Authentication Services?
(If we don’t have trust we have nothing at all!!!!)
Designer
Don’t worry my darlings!! We only sell 100% authentic luxury items, and I will have a Certificate of Authentication sent to you upon purchase. I know that the source “dude, trust me” isn’t enough to ensure peace of mind. Having been on the receiving end of purchasing pricey vintage goods, I know how important it is to have a third party authenticate your investment! All pieces and I mean ALL PIECES sold in my shop have already been digitally authenticated by expert authenticators (a trusted 3rd party used by many well-being -known to pre-owned luxury retailers). Once you purchase your prized pre-loved designer product, I will email you a copy of the item’s Certificate of Authentication. Not only is this great for peace of mind, but we also realize that this will provide you with a valuable bonus in case you decide to resell the piece at some point – even if we hope you’ll love it forever. Estate Jewelry
For Luxury Fine Jewelry, we can offer a $100 GIA certification for any piece of jewelry with a stone less than 4ct weight and $150 GIA for any piece of jewelry with stones larger than 4ct weight. This GIA certification is the most trusted in the world of fine jewelry. The package I will provide for the prices above will include two reports. The first GIA Colored Stone Report will describe the type of gemstone, if the stone is natural or laboratory-grown, and if there are any detectable treatments. Of course, we don’t anticipate any difference in their research, but should there be a discrepancy, we will gladly offer a complete refund. The second report will determine if possible the geographic origin of the stone. If the buyer requests this service, the item will first go to GIA, so please plan for the additional delay in shipping time.
What’s your story, Chanti?
GLAD YOU ASKED! As much as I enjoy babbling virtually about this project, Dali, my mother, Spain, and myself, I don’t want to bore you :) Click on the Chanti below to check out my story!
Are all the items in the shop Vintage?
Most of them – yas. However, my shop features new vintage-inspired items, ‘cause when it comes to fashion and trends, what goes around always comes around. The concept of “novelty” in fashion often refers to the revival of a trend from 20 years ago, and I think we should all celebrate this fascinating cyclicity. But don’t worry, you’ll know all the details about any item from its description.
